Hope Street Xchange has a variety of spaces for events and meetings which are available for hire. Two of these, the Enterprise and the Innovation Suites, can be combined together to create a space of over 160m² (1,700ft²), suitable for a large event for up to 180 people.

All of the suites include cutting-edge audio visual presentation equipment.

Enterprise Suite

  • Room Capacity: 120 (180 when combined with the Innovation Suite)

The Enterprise Suite is our premier conference and event space available in the heart of the City of Sunderland. This state-of-the-art facility accommodates 120 delegates and is an ideal setting for anything from a formal gathering through to an exclusive product launch. It is an adaptable venue and can be combined with the Innovation Suite to house events for 180 people in a theatre style.

Innovation Suite

  • Dimensions: 55m²
  • Room Capacity: 60

The Innovation Suite is our sister space to Enterprise Suite and the two spaces may be combined for major events. Accommodating 80 delegates with more optional break out rooms, the key to Sunderland’s newest business venue is in its versatility.

The Pinnacle

  • Dimensions: 52 m²
  • Room Capacity: 30

The Pinnacle is the jewel in the crown of Hope Street Xchange, comprising an elegant and finely furnished top floor boardroom with stunning views of the surrounding area which adds an air of class to your business occasion. Ideal for board meetings or client presentations, The Pinnacle is the ideal scenic location and is complimented by our excellent on-site catering services.

Meeting rooms

In addition to the main meeting and event spaces, a range of high specification smaller meeting rooms suitable for client or team meetings are available to occupiers free of charge (based on a reasonable use policy).
