Spinout – a new exercise room for our tenants

Hope Street Xchange has a brand new flex – on Monday 9 March we’re opening up Spinout, a wellness and strength room. Located in room 106, this is a space kitted out with fitness equipment such as spin bikes and weights which is free to use for all building tenants.

Open during reception hours, this is a private space tucked away in the building designed to support tenants who want to get away from their desks and focus on strength, mindfulness, and recovery.

Founded in 2013 and led by Trish Stoker alongside her business partner Jan Johansen, the company quickly established itself within our community. Over the years, we have proudly watched Siloteq grow and evolve — moving from its original office into larger workspaces as the company expanded and flourished.
