It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to one of our longest-standing tenants, Siloteq Ltd, who joined Hope Street Xchange in September 2017.
From the moment the doors opened at Hope Street Xchange, Siloteq Ltd were a part of the journey. Founded in 2013 and led by Trish Stoker alongside her business partner Jan Johansen, the company quickly established itself within our community. Over the years, we have proudly watched Siloteq grow and evolve — moving from its original office into larger workspaces as the company expanded and flourished.
Specialising in innovative industrial solutions for the plastics extrusion industry, Siloteq produces a number of products that help manufacturers improve consistency, reduce waste and maintain efficient production processes. Over the years, they’ve delivered bespoke continuous filtration systems and high-quality melt pressure control equipment, not to mention designing and manufacturing its well-regarded SiloScreen continuous screen changer.
As Trish reflects on her time with us, she shares:
“It is with very mixed emotions that I say goodbye to everyone at Hope Street Xchange. Siloteq Ltd moved in as one of the first tenants when the Xchange opened. My business partner Jan Johansen and I moved into our office to develop our small business. Since then we have moved to larger workspaces as our company grew.
We have spent many happy times at Hope Street Xchange. Colleen and the team have been brilliant with us, creating a professional and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Nothing has been too much trouble for them over the years and they have made our time really happy ones.
Times change and sadly Jan (AKA the last of the Vikings) passed away in October last year. Time now to reshape the business and refocus. So even though I look to a new future and challenges with enthusiasm and excitement, I will miss you all very much.
I have met so many lovely people at Hope Street Xchange and wish you all so much success in the future. I take with me so many great memories of my time with you all.

While we are incredibly sad to see Siloteq leave, we are also immensely grateful for the eight years they have been part of our community. Their journey has mirrored the growth and spirit of Hope Street Xchange itself — ambitious, resilient and rooted in strong relationships.
On behalf of everyone here, we thank Trish for her warmth, professionalism and friendship over the years. Siloteq Ltd will always hold a special place in the history of Hope Street Xchange, and we wish Trish every success and happiness in the future.
