Finding a customer is just the beginning—keeping them is where sustainable success truly happens. This workshop dives into the strategies and behaviours that can help to build returning customers with increased loyalty.
In this session, we will explore how an effective marketing strategy doesn’t just attract customers, but attracts the right customers—the ones who value your offer, return again and again, and champion your business to others. You’ll learn practical techniques to strengthen relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and inspire the kind of word‑of‑mouth that fuels organic growth.
But even the strongest relationships face challenges. We will share tactics to reduce the chances of things going wrong, recognise early warning signs, and confidently manage situations when issues do arise—transforming potential setbacks into opportunities to build trust.
