2023 was certainly a busy one, which included the launch of a new website and a new People Partner role created. This role was matched to Natalie Ball, who brings her extensive skills base to the team to elevate the service offered to all candidates and clients.

The team have seen a high influx of recommendations and referrals from their highly engaged social network, with a noticeable increase in new enquiries and introductions through LinkedIn.
With an established base at Hope Street Xchange, founder Sarah McKenna is on a mission to further build the momentum, continue to grow the business, invest in the region and in particular Sunderland further.
