Remember those summer days of your youth, playing games in the sun? Well Hope Street Xchange is bringing back retro summer fun with larger than life games dotted around the building.
We have Connect 4, Kerplunk, and Tetris Tumble as great ways to break out of the routine and engage in some semi-competitive play. If you’re having more of a stressful day, we also have a (plastic!) axe throwing board, where the axes make a very satisfying ‘thunk’ noise with each throw. It’s seriously addictive and probably a lot healthier for you than sitting at your desk seething!
While Connect 4 and Kerplunk are the classics that we all know (albeit now on a much bigger scale), Tetris Tumble is a relatively new entry that might be up your alley. Working like a reverse Jenga, you use the Tetris shapes to build a structure from scratch, being careful that it doesn’t tip over and crash onto the floor.
There’s plenty for everyone, then, and we’d very much like you to join us for a friendly Kerplunk-ing when you have the time.
